Proto-Corachol-Nahuan is the language that is ancestral to Proto-Corachol and proto-Nahuatl. Probably a dialect continuum around 1 AD it began diverging into pre-Corachol and pre--Nahua as each of the two groups began introducing separate innovations.

The pre-Nahuan dialect of Proto-Corachol-Nahua may have been written in logophonetic writing in Teotihuacan between 200-550 CE.
